What payment methods can I use?

Lizay Fashion accepts Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, etc.) and PayPal.

Returns policy:

Here are our 3 simple rules:

1. You have 7 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our Fulfillment Center.

2. The item(s) must be unworn, unused and its original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached.

3. Make sure to pop the return back to us in its original packing including any branded dust bags and shoe boxes. Don’t worry we do not need the clear plastic packaging!

All of our returns are free and without hassle, simply initiate the return online and follow the steps to send it back.

The above return policy is in addition to and does not affect the statutory rights you have under the US consumer Law.

Can I see a record of my transactions with Lizay fashion?

You must be a registered account holder on Lizay Fashion to access your order history. Order history displayed in your online account but only those purchases made after establishing an account.

How do I know which size is best for me?

Size guides are available for all Products. You can find them on the product detail pages under the choose size drop down menu.

What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed at Lizay Fashion, you cannot make changes. For assistance please call our Customer Service Representatives.

How do I send my return back and how long will it take?

Sending a return back to us is easy!

Email to customer support that you want to return the product .Once the product reach back your amount will be directly transferred to your bank account.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this – let’s get this resolved as quickly as possible.

My address is wrong, can I update this?

Don’t worry this can happen.

We have a small window before your order is shipped out where we can attempt to update the delivery address for your order. Orders that are dispatched from our Partner Providers require an extra step to request any changes to addresses but typically this can be amended without a worry.

The best and fastest way to contact us about address changes is via Email or Phone. Simply let us know your order number and the updated address and we will do our best to fix this up for you.

Success! I’ve placed my order but when will it arrive?

As soon as your order is packed and ready to go you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. You can also track your order from your Lizay Fashion account by viewing the order details, just head on over to your orders to find the tracking details.

Why my order is late and what can I do?

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that your order has been delayed.

We work really hard alongside our delivery partners to meet a wide range of delivery options. Unfortunately sometimes during this process, things can happen outside of ours and our delivery partner’s control which may cause delays in getting your order to you. Due to this, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes on any orders placed at Lizay Fashion, however, rest assured we’re always doing our best to get your order to you when expected.
